Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital in West Hampshire is seeking an experienced Band Senior Physiotherapist to join our private hospital team on a bank/ad-hoc basis. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy, maintain safety standards, and participate in governance and audits to continuously improve patient care.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will communicate effectively with patients and colleagues and uphold our values of care, compassion and professionalism.

Competenze

• BSc in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration required.
• Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
• Strong communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Main duties of the job

About us

Wessex HospitalNuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women's Health and Spinal surgery. The hospital also benefits from having onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy so we can give our patients a complete package of care. There are 16 consulting rooms with speciality outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO) and four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite.

To succeed as a Physiotherapist you will;

Qualifications

• Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, you'll be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
• Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner.
• Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent manual therapy skills.
• Be a competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills
• Have the ability to prioritise and deal with your varied workload in an effective and timely manner.
