Job summary

Spire Healthcare in Reading is seeking bank nurses/ODPs with at least 2 years scrub experience to join a flexible, ward-based team. The role offers varied shifts Monday–Saturday and opportunities for progression, with full induction and mandatory training.

You'll be part of Spire's Resourcing Team, with weekly pay, access to pension, DBS, and discounts through Blue Light Card and Spire You. Uniform and ongoing training are provided.

• Registered Nurse or ODP with at least 2 years scrub experience.
• Current NMC or HCPC registration with no restriction on practice.
• Experience working in teams and with minimal supervision.
• Desirable orthopedic experience.

Job description

Who we are looking for:

• Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with at least 2 years scrub experience
• Current NMC/HCPC registration with no restriction on practice
• Experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision
• Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration/practitioner qualification
• You will be highly motivated and used to working in challenging but rewarding environment.
• Orthopaedic experience would be highly desirable
