Join the vibrant team at Tiger Cubs Day Nursery as we seek passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic staff bank. With casual, zero-hour contracts, this role offers the flexibility allowing you to immerse yourself in the nurturing environment of a nursery without the constraints of a full-time commitment.

The main duties of the role include:

1. Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
2. Working in partnership with parents and also fellow colleagues.
3. Maintaining child development and observation records.
4. Following and implementing all policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
5. Ensuring the key person approach is fully instilled in every day practice.

Applicants will need to demonstrate some recent experience in a childcare setting which can be referenced and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the developmental and learning needs of young children.
