Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN) seeking control and flexibility over your shifts?

Whether you're looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible role that fits around your lifestyle, if you're a UK Registered Nurse, you can join our nurse staff bank. After completing a paid two-week induction, you'll have access to available nursing shifts at Gregory House, with the potential to work bank shifts regionally at other Elysium services across the region.

There is no minimum number of hours required, though working regularly is recommended to maintain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service.

Shifts are available on weekdays, nights, and weekends, easily viewable and bookable through an app. Within a few taps, you'll secure the nursing shifts at Gregory House that you want.

Whether your experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with benefits such as free meals on duty, free parking, and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care and support to individuals with challenging behaviour and high support needs, while supporting colleagues and promoting teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a bank nurse, you'll be on a zero-hour contract, choosing which shifts to work each week.
