Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is recruiting Bank Nurses (RMN or RNLD) to work at Bere Clinic in Waterlooville or Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst. After a paid three-week induction, you’ll access available shifts via an app and enjoy a 12.07% uplift for annual leave.

Shifts include weekdays, nights and weekends with weekly pay and a range of benefits such as free meals on duty. You’ll join a 24/7 service supporting young people with eating disorders in a supportive MDT team.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is required.
• A relevant nursing qualification is required.
• Experience in CAMHS or eating disorders is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and a flexible approach are essential.

Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.

Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you’ll have the nursing shifts at Bere Clinic or Middlewood Clinic secured that you want.

Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, and more.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

12 bed CAMHS service to support young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. With an onsite school providing educational services while the young people are in our care and full multidisciplinary team, it’s a great opportunity to be part of something new and help shape its future.

Middlewood Clinic provide care and treatment for men and women who have an eating disorder including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and atypical eating disorders. Our approach will be to restore a healthy body weight and address psychological problems during treatment.

The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at Middlewood Clinic will be made up of the Registered Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Healthcare Workers, Psychologist, Dietician, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker.

The hospital will have 12 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and a variety of communal and recreational spaces including lounge areas, a light and airy dining room, activities room, visitors room, therapy rooms, therapy kitchen area and a lovely cottage style garden.
