Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN) seeking control and flexibility over your shifts?

Whether you're looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, if you're a UK Registered Nurse, you can join our nurse staff bank. After completing a paid two-week induction, you'll have access to available nursing shifts at Bere Clinic, with the potential to work regionally at other Elysium services across the region.

There is no minimum number of hours required, although working regularly is recommended to maintain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service.

Shifts are available on weekdays, nights, and weekends, and can be easily viewed and booked through our app. Within a few taps, you'll secure the shifts you want.

Whether your experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with benefits like free meals on duty, free parking, and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with mental health conditions in a modern, purpose-built hospital. You'll support colleagues and promote teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a bank nurse, you'll be on a zero-hour contract, choosing shifts each week based on your availability.

Where you will be working:

Location: Bere Clinic, Hemlock Road, Waterlooville, PO8 8QT. A 12-bed CAMHS service supporting young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. The onsite school provides educational services, and a full multidisciplinary team supports the young people. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new and help shape its future.
