Job description

We have an exciting opportunity in our Eastbourne clinic for a qualified Registered Dialysis Nurse to join our Diaverum bank. Our bank offers the flexibility to choose shifts and clinics to work in. We utilize an online booking system that allows you to access available shifts in your preferred clinics and book directly through the system.

We are seeking individuals who want to make a difference in our patients' lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Follow care programmes for renal patients, including initiation and termination of dialysis, providing stable clinical care, emotional support, and promoting patient independence.
  2. Follow tailored care plans to administer medications, fluid therapy, or other treatments as per Consultant instructions, ensuring proper documentation in the patient's medical record.
  3. Review pre- and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
  4. Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaverum processes.
  5. Provide treatment to a group of assigned patients, ensuring high-quality care at all times.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience as a Haemodialysis nurse within the UK
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

Please note that you must be able to work clinically in a renal setting for this role.
