Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Bank Nurse to join Badby Park in Daventry. You’ll work with clinical teams to deliver person-centred care to residents with neurological conditions, spinal injuries, and related complex needs.

Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN) wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want?

There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.

Weekdays, nights and weeken d shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you’ll have the nursing shifts at Badby Parks ecured that you want.

Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parking and more.

What you will be doing:

You will be workingalongside the clinical teamsat Badby Park to care for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries, whereyou will deliver person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everythingyou do.

This specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service which boasts extensive facilities that cater for specific needs of the residents that isset in acres of stunning countryside on the outskirts of Daventry.

Badby Park is a grand manor house steeped in history with stunning views, excellent facilities and a tranquil setting. Good road links makes it easily commutable from Daventry, Rugby, Northampton and Banbury.

The service operates 24/ 7 with 12.5 hour standard s hifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.
