Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners for flexible bank work across the county. The role supports waiting time reduction and delivers high-quality, person-centred mental health care in a collaborative team setting.
PWPs will provide LI therapies primarily by telephone and in groups, with some face-to-face work, supported by supervision, CPD opportunities and an induction programme. Sponsorship is not available.

You will be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who is passionate about delivering evidence-based interventions and helping people improve their mental health outcomes. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and be committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
