Your role

Rethink Mental Illness are hiring a Bank Mental Health Support Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Lindsay House.

Lindsay House is a 17 bed supported living service registered under CQC.

Lindsay House provides support to individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Overview Of a Mental Health Support Worker Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.

  • Listening and Empathy: You are a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient, and willing to learn.
