Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking compassionate Recovery Support Workers for our Enhanced Community Recovery service in Stainforth. You will work with clients to promote independence, assist in building confidence, and support their ongoing recovery journey.

We offer early, late and sleep-in shifts. Experience in mental health support is preferred, with strong communication and IT skills to document progress and liaise with care teams.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support to people with mental health needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable using IT systems (Word, email, databases).
• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage but not essential.

• You must have previous experience supporting people with mental health needs.
• You understand the challenges faced by people living with mental health conditions and are committed to providing compassionate, recovery-focused support.
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are confident using IT systems, including Word, databases and email.
• An NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage, but not essential.
