Overview

Job Title: Bank Mental Health Support Worker

Location: Crawley

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: Bank

The Role

You will provide emotional support during crises, engage in casual conversations, or simply be a reassuring presence. Ensuring safety and security of the property and individuals is also part of your responsibilities.

The role is conveniently located near the town centre, with access to public transport, shops, and cafes, encouraging active community participation.

The Ideal Person

  • Experience working with individuals who self-harm, have substance addictions, or dual diagnoses (preferred but not essential).
  • Passionate about supporting others and making a difference.
  • A caring, positive, and energetic attitude.
  • Resilient and capable of handling challenging situations.
  • Good sense of humor.
