Job summary

Care UK is seeking an Activities Lead to brighten residents' days at Huntercombe Hall Nursing Home in Henley-on-Thames. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, tailor ideas to individual needs, and foster social interaction among residents.

This zero-hours role features 9am-5pm shifts and cover for annual leave and sickness. We welcome caring individuals from any background who are empathetic and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities for residents.
• Tailor activities to individual needs and abilities.
• Encourage social interaction and participation among residents.
• Prepare materials and resources for activities.
• Support the wellbeing and enjoyment of residents on a daily basis.
