Job summary

Care UK is seeking an Activities Lead in Guildford to plan and run daily activities for residents, ensuring they are engaging and enjoyable. You will deliver a variety of activities, foster social interaction, and support staff to maximise well-being in a care home setting.

The role requires good computer skills (Word/Excel) and a passion for enriching residents' lives. Full-time, 5 days a week with some weekend requirements. Competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in organising and delivering activities is preferred.
• Good computer skills including Word and Excel are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver daily activities for residents.
• Bring fun, stimulating ideas and engage residents to enhance quality of life.
• Support the care home team to ensure residents make the most of each day.

Full time - 5 days per week - flexible days - 9am - 5.30pm - Alternate weekends required

Previous experience in organising and delivering activities ideally within a care home or a similar setting would also be an advantage

Good computer skills are essential - eg Microsoft Word, Excel

£13.43 per hour
