Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Contract: Bank, Term Time only

School for Inspiring Talents (SfIT) is an independent day school supporting vulnerable young people aged 5-16 who face behavioral, emotional, and educational challenges, including those on the autistic spectrum, with sensory processing, attachment issues, or trauma backgrounds. As a Learning Support Assistant at our Newton Abbot / Ashburton schools, you will be a vital part of our team, supporting students' education. This role offers excellent opportunities to gain experience working with young people with Social, Emotional & Mental Health difficulties (SEMH). You will lead and coordinate flexible, person-centred programmes for individuals and groups, demonstrating a practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to go above and beyond for our students.
