Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Enfield is seeking a Bank Kitchen Assistant to join their highly equipped kitchen. You will assist chefs with food preparation and maintain a clean, orderly kitchen while learning the routines and standards of a luxury care home.

The role offers opportunities to train and progress within the team, with a focus on meeting special dietary needs, including dementia-friendly dining, while supporting residents and upholding the home’s high service standards.

Qualifications

• Some experience working in a kitchen is an advantage.

• Shift Times: 07.00 - 15.00 and 12.00 - 19.00
• There may be some occasions where you will finish later depending on events taking place at the home
• We require flexibility for some weekends

Your Role at Signature

Our Kitchen Assistant is integral to the smooth running of our kitchen. You’ll be assisting chefs with food preparation, and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.

You’ll develop an awareness of special dietary requirements, including the dementia dining experience, to assist the chefs in meeting these needs.
