Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for our luxury care home in Surbiton. You will support chefs with food preparation and help maintain a clean, orderly kitchen.

You’ll learn about special dietary needs, including dementia dining, to help the team meet residents’ requirements. The role suits a compassionate, proactive person eager to train and develop in a hospitality-driven care setting.

Join our talented team in a highly equipped kitchen, with the opportunity to train and progress, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as a Kitchen Assistant at our luxury care and nursing home in Surbiton.

• Shift times: 07:00-15:00, 12:00-19:00. Alternate weekends required.

Your Role at Signature

Our Kitchen Assistant is integral to the smooth running of our kitchen. You’ll be assisting chefs with food preparation, and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.

You’ll develop an awareness of special dietary requirements, including the dementia dining experience, to assist the chefs in meeting these needs.
