This role will be based at Phoenix Park Care Village, in the heart of Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. The Care Village has been specially designed to cater to the needs of 146 residents across three buildings. Our residents often live with age-related health conditions, disabilities, and mental health conditions that require dignified support. Many residents are living with Dementia and may need one-to-one personal support to maintain independence. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of each resident's individual abilities.
