Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean and welcoming environment across a 70-bed nursing, dementia and residential care home. You will follow schedules, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with staff to satisfy regulatory requirements while building positive relationships with residents.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication, with a focus on creating a comfortable home-like atmosphere for residents

Formación

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for creating a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.

• Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards.
