Job description

Join to apply for the Bank Healthcare Support Worker role at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Support Workers to register with our temporary staffing service, Bank on Us. Candidates must have at least twelve months of recent, continuous employment directly with the NHS as a Healthcare Support Worker and have completed the NHS Care Certificate.

Applicants should possess excellent communication and IT skills, a compassionate nature, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Various shifts are available across different Trust sites and departments, with a particular interest in day shifts. Most shifts are based at St Peter's site. As this is a Bank-only contract, there is no obligation for regular hours.

After completing the Bank Pre-Registration process, candidates will be scheduled for a 10-day Induction Programme to support and develop their skills and knowledge.
