Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge. Marula Lodge provides high-quality services to up to 42 residents across 4 specialised units supporting residents with complex care needs, while ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment. Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole person and their unique challenges, rather than just the diagnosis. We are currently rated GOOD with CQC.

All Bank employees are required to attend a 5-day paid induction prior to starting employment. The induction runs Monday to Friday, 09.30 to 16.30. Please consider this when applying if you are currently employed full-time elsewhere.

Cornerstone Healthcare provides specialist care for vulnerable individuals with challenging behaviours related to complex neurodegenerative and mental health conditions.
Residents typically have neurological degenerative conditions such as Dementia combined with mental health issues, making them unsuitable for standard dementia or elderly residential care homes.
We currently operate 3 services in Waterlooville, Curdridge, and Mytchett, with 2 new services opening in Bristol and Birmingham in 2025.
