The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank staff, you'll be on a zero-hour contract, allowing you to choose your shifts each week.
You will be based at Thornford Park, a 130-bed independent hospital supporting service users requiring medium and low secure Forensic Mental Health Services, including a PICU Mental Health Service.
The service offers a seamless internal care pathway, supporting recovery and rehabilitation. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental health and complex care needs, as well as those with personality disorders, including females and males in the PICU service.
