Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant for Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch to join the bank team. The service supports young adults with neurological conditions in a residential setting, promoting independence and wellbeing.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily needs, and work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans and monitor wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily needs.
• Assist with mobility, meals and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in a person's condition.
• Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Bank Healthcare Assistant

Service Location: Dymchurch

Pay: From £14.57 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join the bank team at Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch.

The service provides support for young adults with a neurological conditions in a residential home, helping to promote independence and maintain a high standard of both physical and mental wellbeing.

You'll work alongside healthcare professionals to support people with their daily care, comfort and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing:
