Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment in Halifax is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our agency team and support a range of local healthcare settings. You’ll work alongside healthcare professionals to support people with daily care, comfort and wellbeing.

We offer flexible shifts with weekly pay, free enhanced DBS checks, ongoing training, and a friendly office team. A £500 Refer a Nurse bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or over.
• Six months of paid UK care experience in the last two years.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care and everyday needs.
• Assist with mobility, meals and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in a person’s condition.
• Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans and keep accurate records.
