Job summary

Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a Bank Domestic/Kitchen Assistant at Blandford Grange in Blandford Forum. £12.71 per hour with bank shifts available. Join a caring team in a pleasant, supportive environment.

You will help keep resident areas clean, assist with room preparations for admissions, and support the chef with meals while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Based in the pretty Georgian riverside town of Blandford Forum, and only a stone’s throw from the bustling seaside resorts of Weymouth, Bournemouth, and Bridport, Blandford Grange is a spacious home with large bedrooms and a real family atmosphere.

What would a typical day look like?

• Ensuring our residents rooms and communal areas remain clean and tidy
• Preparing vacant rooms for viewings and new admissions
• Stock control and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Supporting the chef with meal preparation and delivery
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times
• Following good kitchen practices and basic food hygiene standards
