An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated dietitian to join our Sutton team. This post will allow you to gain experience in patients with a broad range of cancers and treatments. You will have a varied caseload of both inpatients and outpatient and there will be local induction and in-service training opportunities built in. Ideally you should have experience in nutritional support and have experience of working with cancer patients.

2. To undertake a comprehensive assessment of patients including those with diverse or complexpresentations/multi pathologies using advanced clinical reasoning skills particularly in oncology. Thismay include the use of complex calculations and/or anthropometric/other equipment.
3. Formulate and deliver an individual nutrition and dietetic treatment based on a sound knowledge ofevidence based practice and treatment options using clinical assessment, reasoning skills and analysis ofbiochemical results. To be responsible for providing specialised advice to clients within the oncologysetting including nutritional assessment, dietary counselling, motivational interviewing, negotiatingtargets, developing care plans and communicating these with relevant health and other care agencies.This may be on a one to one basis or to groups, both in an in and out-patient setting.
