Agincare is seeking a Bank Cook to join the Blenheim care home team in Bournemouth. You will handle a mix of shifts on a zero hour contract, delivering nutritious meals that respect dietary requirements and quality standards.

A minimum of 12 months right to work and proven kitchen experience are required. You will contribute to daily menu planning, ensure safe food handling, and support a welcoming dining experience for residents.

What’s on the menu for you:

• £13.97 per hour

What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
• Experience in a professional kitchen and an understanding of kitchen operations
• Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements (desirable)
• Bank Cook to cover a mix of shifts as and when required - this is a zero hour contract

Whether it's crafting delicious meals that meet individual dietary needs, creating themed dining experiences that bring the home to life, or simply serving a favourite dish that reminds someone of home, you'll be making a real difference every day.

Using your culinary skills and food knowledge, you'll help create daily menus, support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.
