Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals for residents and others daily.
• Cater to diverse dietary needs and cultural preferences.
• Cater for celebrations and events at the Home.
• Order supplies within budget using approved suppliers.
• Maintain catering records per policy and HACCP.
• Support inspections by Environmental Health and regulators.
• Uphold high hygiene standards in kitchen and workplace.
