• Preparing, cooking and serving meals for residents within budget.
• Catering for dietary preferences and cultural requirements.
• Ordering supplies within the catering budget and policies.
• Maintaining accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP.
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
