The ideal candidate will have strong food hygiene knowledge, good communication, and a can-do attitude. Training will be provided and roles may involve flexible weekend work.

Qualifications

• Recognised catering qualifications preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience in care/hospital kitchen desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare traditional home cooked meals from scratch.
• Cater for special meals and dietary requirements.
• Work safely within company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene.
• Assist with stock rotation and ordering.
• Interact with residents and plan meals.
