We are looking for a Bank Chef to join our team at Llys Hafren. Our team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our residents, delivering the highest standards of care that we would want for our own family members.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving meals in a timely manner
• Catering to cultural dietary preferences and special celebrations
• Ordering supplies within budget and company policies
• Maintaining accurate catering records following HACCP standards
• Participating in inspections by Environmental Health and other authorities
• Ensuring high hygiene standards in the kitchen per HACCP and COSHH guidelines
• Supporting a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Managing the Catering Team effectively
