Position Details:

Location: Hilden Heights, Tonbridge Road, Hildenborough, Tonbridge TN11 9HJ

Hours: 0 hours per week - Bank

Pay: £13 - £15 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract: BANK

Role Overview:

As a Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing our fast-paced, state-of-the-art kitchen. You will work alongside the kitchen team to deliver food to the highest standards and have opportunities to progress your career.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service at all times
• Follow care/support plans respecting nutritional needs
• Prepare nutritional snacks as directed
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and palatability
• Work closely with the Head Chef
• Manage stock control, replenishing, and ordering

Requirements:

• Ideally 2 years catering experience
• Knowledge of regulations
• Knowledge of therapeutic and textured diets (advantageous)
• Experience delivering high-quality service as a Chef
• Ability to work with structured menus and be creative
