Job Title: Bank Chef - Winfield Hospital - Bank Hours

Department: Catering / Restaurant Cookery

Winfield Hospital, one of Gloucestershire's leading private hospitals with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Bank Chef to join their team. This role involves preparing and cooking meals for patients and staff, adhering to dietary and nutritional standards, with opportunities for creativity in the staff restaurant. The position offers flexible shifts across 7 days, with working hours from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for patients and staff in accordance with dietary requirements.
• Ensure nutritional guidelines are met.
• Show creativity within the staff restaurant offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ).
• Experience as a professional Chef.
• Level 3 or 4 Food Hygiene qualification preferred.
• Excellent team player with flexibility for varying shift lengths.
