Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at The Coombs in the UK. You will lead a care team, support residents with daily living, and plan activities while ensuring safe medication administration and accurate records. You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality care and a welcoming home environment.

The role offers a bank contract with flexible days and weekend work, salary £14.50 per hour, and opportunities for ongoing training up to QCF Level 5.

Qualifications

We're looking for

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• This is a bank contract, so you must be flexible to work days and weekends as and when required
• Zero hour contract
