Lifeways in Clay Cross, Derbyshire are hiring a dedicated care assistant to support individuals with daily living skills and personal goals. This full-time role runs 37.5 hours per week with shifts across mornings and evenings, including sleep-ins when required.

You will work as part of a close-knit team to encourage independence, promote community involvement, and provide tailored emotional and practical support, helping people live with dignity.

Salary: £12.71 per hour
Shift Details
Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday)

• Shifts: 07:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, plus sleep-ins
