Join our compassionate team at Oak Springs Care Home, a luxury, purpose-built residential facility in Wavertree. At Oak Springs, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care, specializing in residential, respite, and dementia support for older adults.

Our state-of-the-art, 74-bed home spans three floors and fosters a vibrant community where residents thrive. Our dedicated team supports a range of activities and amenities, from music rooms and beauty salons to tranquil lounges and courtyards. We are committed to nurturing individuality and enhancing quality of life, focusing on sensory engagement and personal fulfillment.

As a Bank Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
  • Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives
  • Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home
  • Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met
