Job summary

Prime Life is recruiting Bank Care Assistants to support residents at Meadow View Care Home in Alcester. You will work across a 7-day rota with shifts from 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am, delivering compassionate personal care and helping maintain residents' dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is desirable but full training is provided.
• Empathy, patience and a respectful attitude towards residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support residents at mealtimes and promote nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents to appointments or social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support residents.
• Welcome family members and assist with enquiries.
