Job summary

Agincare Gainsborough Care Home in Swanage is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents. You’ll assist with daily living, activities, and companionship, with full training provided—no prior care experience required.

The role is a 0-hour/bank contract at Gainsborough Care Home, offering flexible weekends and a pathway to funded training up to QCF Level 5. A compassionate, patient attitude is essential for delivering person-centred care.

• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.
