Job summary

Advinia Health Care is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support residents with everyday tasks while upholding dignity and respect. Your role focuses on enabling independence and delivering person-centred care in a friendly, team-based environment.

Shift times include day 08:00–20:00 and night 20:00–08:00; we offer a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, free DBS/PVG checks, flexible pay, generous leave, and clear pathways for career progression.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respect residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Provide highest standard of person-centred support to help residents stay as independent as possible.
• Work with residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Support with personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records for each resident.

Shift Times

Day shift: 08:00 - 20.00
Night shift: 20:00 – 08:00

Your Responsibilities

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy


• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.


• Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care.


• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.


• Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’.
