United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join our bank workforce across Grantham, Lincoln and Pilgrim sites. This role offers flexible working patterns, including bank hours, with opportunities to cover across medicine, orthopaedics, and care of older people.

The successful candidates will have a degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and post‑registration experience in acute settings.

Formación

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Post-registration experience in acute hospital settings desirable.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Work across acute hospital settings including medicine, orthopaedics, surgery, frailty and respiratory care.
• Provide OT assessment and intervention across multiple sites (Grantham, Lincoln, Pilgrim).
• Demonstrate clinical reasoning, communication and organisational skills in patient care.
• Contribute to service development and governance activities.
