Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role

Working closely with the Service Leader and Advanced Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting a vulnerable lady in her day to day life. The lady we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on helping her achieve the best life possible.

Our Shifts

10am - 10pm | 7.30am – 10am | 10pm - 7.30am (Sleepovers) - In general, the person on from 10am - 10pm will also work the sleepover at the end of that day

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting an amazing lady to live her daily life in the way she wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

  • Supporting with personal care
  • Medication Administration (PEG)
  • Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
  • Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to enjoy watching cat videos, shopping, exploring new places and going to the park
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to uphold best practices
