An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a senior Estates Engineer to lead critical engineering projects. In this senior role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Estates engineering projects. You will ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and statutory requirements, as well as Trust and NHS guidance and frameworks, while aiming for the most efficient and economical use of the Trust's expenditure.
You will also play a key role in developing and delivering the Trust's ambitious backlog maintenance programme, managing some of the most challenging engineering projects in a healthcare setting.
To act as Authorised Person for Electrical High Voltage and Low Voltage systems. To advise and support the Estates Programme Manager, DCE/HPD, Project Sponsors, Project Board/team, and senior clinicians. You will take primary responsibility for coordinating, managing, and delivering major engineering projects, ensuring they meet performance, time, cost, and quality objectives.

Salary: £70,387 to £80,465 per annum, inclusive of HCAS.
