Zusammenfassung

HCRG Care Group seeks a Band 8a Specialist Dysphagia Speech & Language Therapist to join the West Essex Speech & Language Therapy Service in a part-time capacity. The role focuses on advanced paediatric dysphagia, caseload leadership and service development in the community setting.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting families and carers, with access to ongoing CPD, flexible caseload allocation, and a supportive culture that values clinical excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent (Post Graduate Diploma or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy leading to registration with HCPC)
• HCPC Licence to Practice
• Fully registered member of Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, including significant relevant postgraduate experience of managing paediatric dysphagia

Aufgaben

• Leading on the development of the dysphagia service with paediatric dysphagia colleague
• Leading and supporting therapists and assistants working within the dysphagia team
• Line management of designated colleagues within the SLT team
• Providing highly specialist knowledge and skills within relevant clinical area
