Job Overview:
We are seeking a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join the team at Leighton Hospital. This senior role involves providing expert occupational therapy services across general healthcare settings, managing complex cases, and leading junior staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to high-quality patient care and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex needs.
Lead and supervise a team of junior therapists and support staff, ensuring high standards of care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Take a lead role in service development, quality improvement initiatives, and training programs.

Key Requirements:
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
