About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our Complex Needs Team in a community setting. This is a temporary position starting at the end of September, with a duration of 3 to 4 months. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for improving patient outcomes and a strong background in managing complex nutritional needs.

This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £34 per hour.

Main responsibilities of this Dietetics vacancy:

  • Lead and manage the Complex Needs Team, ensuring high-quality nutritional care for patients with diverse and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive nutritional assessments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to patients.
  • Provide expert advice and education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
