Job Description:

Pulse have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist (rehab and elderly) , who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in London, which is easily accessible via public transport.

Banding: 7

Location: London

Hours: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing

About the role:

As a clinical Pharmacist you will be providing essential pharmaceutical services across multiple locations. The successful candidate will enjoy a consistent schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility of an ongoing duration to make a significant impact on patient care. The successful Pharmacist will be required to work either full-time or part-time. This role is available to start ASAP.

Requirements:

  • GPHC registration.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy qualification or proven level of equivalent experience.
  • 2 Years NHS experience.
  • Experience required – rehab and elderly care.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Own vehicle

Duties:

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead and develop relevant clinical / pharmaceutical audit and research.
  • Managing and supervising the duties of Pharmacists, Pre-registration Pharmacists, and ward support technicians
