About the role:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential: Up to date GPhC registration.Relevant Pharmacy qualification.Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
• Desirable: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
