Hunter AHP Resourcing have a locum opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Liverpool.

The team is seeking a wards-based Pharmacist to join their department ASAP. Duties will include checking prescriptions for errors, ensuring they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient, providing advice on medication dosage and form, participating in ward rounds to take patient drug histories, liaising with medical staff, community pharmacists, and GPs about patient treatments, and discussing treatments with patients' relatives.

Availability for 3, 4, or 5 days per week on an ongoing basis.
