Job Overview

The South Gloucestershire Recovery, Outreach, Support & Engagement Team (ROSE) offers an opportunity for a Band 6 Specialist ROSE Practitioner, Key Worker. The successful candidate will be embedded within the South Gloucestershire Recovery Team, working across Kingswood Civic Centre and The Elms in Thornbury. The team is psychologically informed, working with complex service users who are hard to engage and have high hospital admissions.

The aim is to improve service users' lives through creative, flexible interventions, managing a caseload of up to 15 clients. You will work within a supportive team, engaging with service users using assertive principles and recovery-focused interventions, supported by a Clinical Psychologist and Consultant Psychiatrists.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with service users using assertive engagement techniques.
  • Develop recovery-focused care and risk management plans.
  • Work alongside nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers.
  • Provide health and social care interventions to reduce hospital admissions and contact with intensive teams.
Qualifications and Support
