Cross site working is expected as well as one day of ward work per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician to step into a specialist education and training role within one of the largest teaching hospital Trusts in England. You will work closely with the Education, Development and Training team, supporting the development and delivery of education across all pharmacy sites. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of pharmacy professionals. Your focus will be mentoring pre-registration pharmacy technicians and other trainees, supporting educational supervision, and delivering high-quality training across our service -- combining hands on clinical practice with educational leadership. Previous hospital pharmacy experience and a passion for education and training are essential. You'll need proven mentoring and development skills, plus the ability to blend clinical expertise with educational excellence. Main duties, tasks & skills required Support the delivery of education, development and training to pharmacy technical staff across UHB, with day-to-day leadership of trainees and coordination of training programmes.
